Stay was great! Absolutely no complaints, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

It was wonderful staying here. Just the quiet time we needed. We were able to see a bit of the Northern Lights on our last night. The bed was very comfy and the apartment nicely laid out and very clean. A word of warning, though. If you have issues with stairs, make sure you book something one of the rooms closer to the ground as there is no elevator.

Apartment was comfortable and convenient. It was well kept and matched the photos online. Owner was very helpful.

Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find.
The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay.
The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment.
We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement.

This is a one bedroom apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and coin laundry downstairs. We stayed in Fairbanks for 3 nights and this was like a home away from home. The communication with the owner was excellent! If you’re staying for any length of time, book this room if you can!!

Clean and nice and quiet. It was a perfect little place for me, my husband, and my two young kids. It truly felt like we were at home. We really enjoyed our stay at North Star Place.

The location is conveniently close to downtown by car.. The apartment has been modernized with new appliances, a TV, a kitchen, flooring, and an updated bathroom. The apartment was impeccably clean, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were provided. A good bed is crucial for me, and the mattress and all the bedding were brand new. The bed offered excellent support. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the Fairbanks area. Lastly, the owners were exceptionally courteous in their communication and attentive in ensuring my comfort during my stay. I highly recommend it!
